When I was reading this issue in the news-papers, some issues came into my mind and I presented the same.

What is Civil Nuclear Liability Bill?
Civil Nuclear Liability Bill seeks to cap the level of compensation (likely at $450 million) in the event of an accident and makes the operator, not the supplier, liable for it.

What is the issue between Operator and Supplier?
According to this bill, the suppliers are big foreign companies and the operator will be Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL).

Indian Government has approved a proposal to introduce an aptitude test in place of the existing preliminary examination.

In the new pattern, the UPSC Candidate will have to appear in two objective-type papers having special emphasis on testing their "aptitude for civil services" as well as on "ethical and moral dimension of decision making" under Civil Service Aptitude Test(CSAT). These two papers will replace the existing General Awareness or General Studies and one Optional paper which lays greater emphasis on subject knowledge.
